Pics are before we have it completely cleared and cleaned out😊 I am looking to rent out a basement with small bedroom, livingroom and bathroom. And garage! It also has a counter with sink as I assume it was a suite at some point.

Family friendly(I have 3 kids 9,10 and 15) and cat friendly. Shared custody. Non smoking. But we have a nice porch in front and back of duplex.

The bedroom would fit a double bed and dresser.

Garage provides a private entrance.

Kitchen and laundry is shared but I’m ok with someone having small appliances downstairs to increase their privacy.

No pictures yet as my 9 yr old in currently in the space.

Including all utilities and access to several streaming sites. First and last month rent required. Single occupants preferred but I am willing to negotiate a couple or single parent.

I am located on a dead end near kingsway, grant mcewan and minutes from nait too.
