Me and my roommate are moving away and are looking for someone to take over our beautiful leased apartment asap.
It’s a lovely 7th floor furnished 2-bedroom apartment in Hintonburg, with a great view of downtown Ottawa. Great public transport links, very close to Tunneys Pasture. Recently renovated bathroom, in-built heat/air conditioning, and a kitchen that includes a dishwasher, fridge/freezer and modern oven. The apartment is furnished, although if you wish to bring some furniture of your own, the current furniture may be able to be removed at your request. All bills, internet and a huge parking space are included in the price. The lease end date is 2021/09/30 but you are free to continue it on afterwards if wanted. Available from 22nd January.
About the roomies
We will be moving out as we are moving away. You will have the apartment to yourselves.
