I am looking for a roommate for my 2 bed 2 bath condo near Commonwealth Stadium. Great features include 5 min walk to transit/LRT station, grocery store and Commonwealth Rec Centre as well as biking path to downtown. Also close to Concordia University. Quiet secure building that is maintained and clean. Empty room with closet and full bathroom to yourself. Shared kitchen and living room. No parties, late night noise (after 11pm) or indoor smoking due to condo bylaws.
About the roomies
I work from home and have 2 cats. No other pets allowed as the condo has a 2 pet limit. Hobbies include gaming (WoW, Diablo and other PC titles), biking, snowboarding, movies and music. Fully vaccinated.
