Looking for 1 person to share a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom house in beautiful Mimico near Park lawn and Lakeshore with me. It is an end-unit townhouse on a quiet street, close to the waterfront, parks, trails, tennis courts, TTC, Go Train, highways, and downtown. The house was recently renovated and offers a gourmet kitchen with double wall ovens, a finished basement, fireplace, and a sun soaked backyard with gas bbq. It also has a full garage, being used as extra storage and driveway parking for two cars, with ample street parking as well. My current roommate is leaving March 1. The house is mostly furnished, but the bedroom you will have comes empty. There is room for some of your own furniture though. There is a beautiful kitchen with gas stove, dining room, and living room on the main floor, as well as a half bathroom. The upstairs has the 3 bedrooms and a full washroom. The 3rd bedroom is being used as an office, and has ample room to share as is, or to add another desk. The basement too, is finished and furnished, with another living area, equipped with 65’ tv and sound system, and I have set up a workout area as well. There is another full washroom downstairs with glass enclosed shower - my current roommate and I each had our own bathroom for privacy and it worked well. New washer and dryer is included, and the backyard really is amazing, particularly in the warmer months. The house is a must see. Lots of room to keep to yourself - it’s about 1800 sq feet - and lots of storage. My work hours are all over, but know I am meticulously clean, and very courteous to the shared space. Looking for someone the same - clean, respectful, and ideally a working professional. $1500 for rent + 1/2 gas, hydro, internet and cable (Bell Fibe GB +). Please reach out for a viewing.

You’d be sharing the place with me - late 30’s, active, with a weird schedule - my work hours are all over. Very clean, very easy going, and looking for someone the same. Lots of room for privacy in the house, and am very conscious and respectful of the shared spaces.
