Hawks Avenue

Hello! My partner and I have a room for rent in our big Strathcona house. It is a 2 storey, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house, but we are taking two rooms and renting out one, so there will only be the two of us, and you! You have the option of having your own bathroom, which is downstairs and has a shower but no bath, or you could share our bathroom upstairs which has a shower and a bath. There is a huge living room, spacious dining room, full kitchen, with a little breakfast nook. Washer/dryer, and dishwasher. Your room is the master with a little walk-in closet and a big window (east-facing).

Little bit about us: I am an editor/ writer, I recently graduated with a creative writing degree from Concordia University, and my partner Liam is in school right now at SFU for design and communications. We are looking for someone clean, and covid safe. Liam works at a restaurant part-time so I wouldn’t say we have zero risk, but other than that we try to stay as safe as possible and follow all the covid guidelines. We are hoping to find someone that is also super covid conscious. We have a cat named Cha-cha, so we are ideally looking for someone without pets. We love this house and the neighbourhood, there is a cute cafe on our street and a park a block away, and we are a short walk to the seawall (science world) as well as grocery stores in either direction.
