Thulaj's room

The house is located in the heart of downtown. It has a lovely backyard and front porch with a big basement which can be used for GYM, private office work, or other fun activities. The basement also includes a mini-bar like set-up to accommodate for parties.(After COVID) The grocery, SAQ, and other stores are within 5minutes walk from the house. Transport: 24, 144, 29, 55 (2-5 minutes walk). 5 minutes walk to metro station(Orange line)

We are currently two roommates. I am a PhD student at University of Montreal and like to listen to music, occasionally play guitar. The other roommate is also a PhD student at Concordia university.
