Warren's room

The house is on an easy access corner lot in Shawnigan Beach Estates with plenty of parking space. It has a large recently renovated front yard, a big 1/2 covered deck off the kitchen/dining areas, and a small deck out front. The peaked roof house has a big open living room/dining room area with a large fireplace. The rentable room is as far away from other rooms as you can get and is right at the front of the house upon entry. It has a large near-walk-in size closet and the shared bathroom has 2 brand new side-by-side wifi-notify laundry machines.

I’m the owner feeling empty nested and working from home to retirement in a few years - my kids visit most weekends but have their own dedicated rooms. I’m an introverted tinkerer / handy-man / computer geek / programmer who needs more material to continue renovating my house. I am very respectable about working on the house when its empty….I’m not looking for a partier but also not looking for a “karen”, just a chill respectful 420 friendly (outside only) room-mate. I have my own ensuite bathroom that my kids can use when they come visit so the main one is essentially yours but I need access to the laundry pair and storage cabinets above the folding table.
