Hello there, I’m Baptiste and I will be moving to Edmonton on February 1st. So I’m looking to transfer my lease, there’s just 2 months left: February and March. But if you want to stay longer and sign a new lease it will probably be possible!

About the location: it’s located in Bridgeland, close to Edmonton Tr and Memorial Dr. Location is great as it’s walking distance to downtown, and most places as it’s quite central. There’s a bus stop not even 5min walk from the apartment. You won’t find a better deal in this location. About the apartment: clean and stylish place, well equipped, there’s a private patio and bbq, good kitchen, washing machine and dryer inside the apartment, dishwasher, cable TV, wifi included, all included, electricity, heating, water… Also free parking on the street. About the room: it’s all furnished, there’s everything you may need inside, and spacious enough, check the pics

About the roomie: you’ll be living with a young cook named Daniel, 26, pretty chill and clean. He’s a cook student at SAIT and also working in a fine restaurant downtown! And if you’re lucky enough to live there he will probably cook for you sometimes and it’s delicious, trust me!!
