Coin laundry on site. No Parking but Green P nearby. Bike Share station on street. No pets, No smoking/vaping, No drugs. A bright basement apartment with big windows on a quiet street. Less than a 10 min walk to a No Frills, LCBO, library and several banks. Short TTC ride to Ossington station, Eglington West station and St. Clair West station. Large park with a trail about 15 min walk away.

My roommate is moving out but I really like this apartment so I am looking for someone to fill the other room. A little about me! I’m a female in my late 20’s and work as a freelancer in film. When I am working, I have a bit of a sporadic schedule due to my job so I am looking for a flexible and easy going female roommate. When I am not working I am pretty much a home body, I can be quiet and enjoy my alone time but am very friendly and pretty chill. I like to keep things pretty clean and would like to live with someone who is also very tidy. I’m not big on parties or hosting people and don’t have many people coming by the apartment, but do enjoy the occasional drink. I am quite cautious and serious about Covid-19 precautions and would appreciate living with someone who takes proper precautions as well. I like video games, livestreams, D&D, mystery movies/tv shows and books, murder mysteries and puzzles, Kpop and comedy podcasts. I’m looking for a neat, respectful female roommate who appreciates open communication, is friendly, respectful of the shared spaces in the apartment and we are comfortable living together. I wouldn’t mind getting to know you and even becoming friends, but if you want to be just roommates that is alright too.
