Erskine Avenue

I am looking for a roommate. My apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen, living room and belcony. My place is super clean, organized and it’s furnished (except for the bedroom I am renting out). My apartment is located Midtown Toronto. The subway is less than 10 minutes away. It’s a 5 minute walk to any grocery stores, shoppers, restaurants and etc. My building comes with a laundry room, gym, pool, a convenience store, a tennis court, a bbq area, party room and a parking lot (some of them might be closed for covid reasons).

I am a very friendly and understanding person. I just graduated from Toronto Film school, I am also a security guard. I am not looking for a specific roommate, anyone in need of a room is welcome. I am very clean and organized with my place. I like to workout, watch movies and hang out with friends occasionally!!
