Searching for a ROOMMATE - I’m living in a 2 bedroom apartment- very spacious - been living here since October 1 I also have a black Bombay cat he is super loving and playful & super boujie and clean —- 660$ /month thats including the half of hydro (roughly 45$ maximum a month so additional 20$ roughly) —-

serious inquiries only & im not picking just anyone, just out of respect to my journey I treat my place like a Scared Temple to me so you HAVE to have good energy , good vibes and also be financially stable to be able to rent with me ( obviously you will provide the needed information you would need for any rental property the same with renting a room here with me - we will confirm everything with rental property if we need too / want too / if we can considering COVID). I am also only comfortable with vegetarian, vegan & plant based roommates as I do not eat any meat.

I am not comfortable with showings in person due to Covid - do a phone convo / pictures / videos / FaceTime or a zoom works best for me!! Hope that’s understandable——
