One bedroom for rent in an awesome, 3 bedroom ground-level suite. Bedroom fits a queen sized bed. Others have fit a double bed and a desk/dresser in there no problem.

The bedroom is not furnished but the rest of the suite is full furnished. You’ll be living with two other quiet, clean, friendly roommates. Hydro and wifi not included. Rent is $512.50 per month. (Wifi is typically 25 each and hydro ranges from 30-100 each depending on the season)

There is a washer in the apartment, and a shared washer and drier in a separate attachment to the house which is shared with two other suites. I’m looking to sublet from February 1, 2020, until July 31 2021. Option to extend.

Apartment is a five minute walk from Clover Point on Dallas road, close to bus stops with lines 3 and 7 (direct to downtown and UVic). 10-15 minutes to get downtown, 20 minutes to get to UVic.

The three bedroom suite currently has one female(25) and one male(24) living there! The female is a teacher that enjoys yoga, crafting, baking and hiking! She is very friendly and clean. The the male works for a delivery company on the island and enjoys watching movies, reffing hockey, playing video games and spends most weekends out at cowichan lake! We are layback friends and enjoy a balance of our quiet and social time! Hoping to add a third roommate that will connect well with us and be a great addition!
