Cody's room

The place is located in North Burnaby Brentwood area its about 10 minutes from Brentwood Mall/SkyTrain and Hastings (which has 95 express to SFU/Burrard and the 160 to Coquitlam/Port Moody) in the other direction. The 130 (Metrotown/Fibbs Exchange) stops right at the front door. There is covered parking in the laneway. It is around 1200 sqft in total, don’t know the exact room size but they’re pretty large. The rest of the apartment beside the available room is fully furnished and anything in the shared spaces would be open for use. Unfortunately no uncaged pets, waterbeds, or barbeques.

I’m the only other roomie, I’m a 28 year old male, I’ve been living in the apartment for over 6 years. I’m pretty quite, clean, and friendly. I’m a gamer, a huge fan of films, and live music. I have a large collection of physical media. Looking for a roomie around the same age with similar interests who can keep a friendly atmosphere in the house and leave the shared spaces feeling welcoming and warm.
