The bedroom for occupancy in the shared house is located on the 2nd floor (upper level) with a large closet and large window and fits a queen bed and large dresser comfortably. — Please note - the pictures posted show the bedroom as empty, yet I currently have a roommate so when viewing, the space will be furnished with their things. — The third bedroom is a yoga/meditation space with a desk for working (2 work-from-home spaces in the house). Third bedroom will never be rented - only ever 2 people sharing the house. — Main floor is a 2-piece bath, upper floor is 4-piece bath. — The backyard is a patio with shed and a good sized garden filled with veggies each year.

I work for a mental health organization in Hamilton & work from home about 3-4 days a week but also in the community a lot. I am a passionate advocate for mental health awareness/ education as well as social & criminal justice.

I love to cook (vegetarian) & love trying new foods /restaurants /bars. I also love to travel, meet new people and try new things. However, I am also somewhat introverted and value time to rest and relax after a long work day, and my home is my peaceful place!

I have a very friendly cat named Yoshi. She is adorable, cuddly and somewhat mischievous. This is a cat-friendly home and would appreciate a cat friend for my little one.

I am looking for a roommate who is respectful, socially-conscious, clean, and responsible. Mutual respect, communication and cleanliness are an essential for a harmonious living space for myself. No couples.

It would also be nice to have a roommate with some similar interests to hang out with occasionally (i.e. watch a movie/ go for a walk).
