Hi there! Basement suite in a GREAT location (St. James/Bruce Park). $750/month includes all utilities (heat, water, parking, hydro, wi-fi) full basement that is furnished EXCEPT bedroom. Bathroom is remodeled and I only use it to shower. I usually travel A LOT for work and that will likely happen again as soon as the covid war is over. I never come to the basement unless to shower quickly or do a load of laundry. We share the kitchen and laundry room. Please…NO smokers as I cannot stand the smell of any kind of smoke.
