Hey! I’m looking for someone to move into the second bedroom of my 5th floor 2 bed 2 bath apartment. Room is furnished with bed and nightstand as well as a small shelf unit with drawers in closet. 3 blocks from City Hall LRT and about 2 blocks from superstore. It is pet friendly, furnished, with heated underground parking, ensuite laundry & dishwasher, and a 4th floor gym. You would have your own private bathroom. Rent is $900/month. Move in is April 1st.
About the roomies
I keep the place clean and tidy & make it a point to clean up after myself especially when using the common areas such as the living room and kitchen. I spend some nights at my boyfriends a week and he spends some nights here so LGBTQ+ is a must. I have a hypoallergenic Siamese kitten who is well behaved and clean. :)
