Kaitlyn's room

Hi! I’m looking for another person to occupy the third room in my beautiful top floor corner unit apartment. The room is very spacious and furnished with a queen bed. The apartment does have Shaw high speed wifi for an additional cost ($39/ month) and utilities are anywhere from $50-$75 a month and are paid every other month. Unfortunately there is no under ground parking available at the moment but there is plenty of street parking in front of the building available.

We are both full time criminal justice students at ufv. I work 2 part time jobs and I coach youth volleyball as well so I’m not home a whole lot. We are both very easy going and value respect and communication within the apartment. I am looking for someone who is clean and responsible. I want the apartment to be a nice place to come home to every day and not have to worry about messes. Having someone who blends well with me and the other roommate is a must as it would be nice to be all friends with each other.
