There is a fully enclosed backyard, massive park beside the house and grocery stores 250 meters away. If you take the TTC, the 63 runs every 2 minutes outside of the house, and is 4 minutes away from Ossington Station. The house is shared with two incredibly respectful, quiet and friendly people. They both work and are away most of the day… neither of them cook so the kitchen is all yours. I have a family situation I must attend to and while I’m away I want to find someone trust worth that can take over my space. The room is VERY large and has a massive wardrobe and a great private desk space if you work from home! It is furnished with a incredibly comfortable queen size posturepedic mattress bed. If I can find someone who can take care of my plants, that would be an extra bonus! I’m looking for 2-3 months but I am flexible on that and also flexible (within reason) on the price if you can move in sooner then later!

There are two young professionals here, one is in film and the other is in accounting. They’re always working, and I truly haven’t heard a sound from them when we aren’t socializing. Neither of them cook, so the kitchen is all yours! I don’t think I could have picked two better people to share my house with so I’m sure the prospective sublet will feel extremely comfortable as well!
