Brand new condo, two bedroom and two bathrooms, in suite laundry. I have everything you need in the kitchen, living room, laundry and also extra storage if needed in a storage locker in the parking garage. There is underground parking for a fee but ample outdoor parking is available at no cost. The condo is open concept, you have your own bathroom with standup shower and lots of storage in bathroom.

I am the only roommate in the condo. I work full time as an electrician at a chemical processing plant. I work Monday to Friday, 7-3:30, and overtime multiple days a week and on weekends. I am a very athletic and outgoing person. I am a very busy person, when I am home, I’m cooking, cleaning and sleeping for the most part. I keep my space very clean, and tidy and I do not like mess or clutter. The space is yours majority of the time and I am very easy going and flexible when it comes to making living arrangements work.
