One private bedroom in a 4 bedroom house with a private ensuite washroom available for rent now. The house is located down the street from York university Keele campus in the village. All utilities and internet are included in the rent. There is a new washer and dryer in the unit (no extra charge), full kitchen featuring a stovetop/oven, microwave, 2 large fridge/freezers, a double sink, and dishwasher. There is a storage room at the front of the house as well. There is also an outdoor area and a small park down the street. Close to anything you need from the dentist to the dollar store. Smoking is allowed outside only. There is no parking available at the moment

There are currently 3 girls living in the apartment (all students), 2 of them are sisters. Great girls, easy to get along with, clean, quiet and responsible.
