Looking for someone to take over my lease - move in ASAP and stay until April 2021! There will be options to extend the lease if you would like a longer-term arrangement.

Directly across the street from MacEwan University, minutes from NorQuest College, and a short drive to Pixel Blue College, The Horizon goes above and beyond to ensure students’ living experience is fun, safe, and comfortable. The apartment is fully furnished and comes with full-sized appliances, a leather couch, a flat-screen TV, and a comfy bed (comes with a mattress as well). There is also a dresser, closet space and a desk/desk chair included. When compared to similar suites in downtown Edmonton, you can’t find a better student living experience for this price.

You’ll have one room in a three-bedroom apartment. There are two bathrooms so you’re not only sharing one across all three roomies. Everything is super new and modern, and utilities & wifi are included!

You will have one bedroom in a three-bedroom apartment, the other two girls are super friendly and nice, one grad student (24F) and one undergrad student (21F). Both girls mostly keep to themselves, are in bed by midnight, and are up between 9 am-11 am every day. Feel free to message me if you have any other questions :)
