Jane's room

Fully furnished room available for short term and possible long-term rental in my 3-storey home with a beautiful garden. Room on the top floor. Shared bathroom and toilet (with 1 person), not connected to the room. The person must be quiet, drama-free, super clean, non-smoker, occasional drinking ok. As this is a private house, there are no guests allowed. Covid vaccination a must and cleaning protocol must be followed. A home share agreement will be in place. Utilities and access to in-house laundry are included in rent. Laundry access once a week. Common areas of the house are currently cleaned professionally every Friday. If the renter needs cleaning services for the room, this will need to be discussed with the cleaning service. We are a block away from Bus#49 to Langara, UBC/Metrotown, 1 block away from Bus #8 Fraser/#3 Main to downtown and a 10-minute walk to the Canada line. Walking distance to Langara College, a block away from Fraser Street that boasts of all major banks, several coffee shops including Starbucks, grocery stores, etc.

The house is privately owned. I am the owner and live in the house with the other owner. We are both employed professionals.
