Dundas Street East

Hello! I am looking for a roommate for my 2nd bedroom in my brand new condo. The building is located near River and Dundas at 225 Sumach. Super cool area, walkable to multiple parts of the city and has a streetcar stop right outside. The roommate will have their own bathroom and own bedroom. The unit layout has the bedrooms on opposite ends. Ensuite Laundry included. Shared kitchen and living area between the two roommates Utilities and internet are split between the two of us as well.

I am a 20-year-old male currently studying business management at Ryerson University, going into my third year in September.

I am quiet, respectable, and tidy. I do like to entertain on Friday’s and weekends

I would prefer someone with a similar working ethic and is also preferably a student.
