I’m looking to sublet my room in a two bedroom apartment in downtown Montreal as my job is moving me to Toronto. The sublet is until August 31st with possibility to renew in September. Willing to consider short term too. The room and apartment are fully furnished and all is included in the price(heat, water, hydro, internet). The room comes with a bed, desk, office chair, storage shelves, and a good sized closet. Unit also includes a washer and dryer.

The apartment is a two bedroom shared with a masters student from McGill. The remaining roommate is male, mid 20s, pretty quiet and stays in his room most of the time. Very laid back and helps keeps the apartment clean. He is currently in Ontario due to the curfew in montreal and may not return for a while. If this is the case then essentially you will have the apartment to yourself until he returns.
