About the room
NOTE The House is in SCARBOROUGH, not Etobicoke( I can’t correct the address)
Excellent clean, Bright and big bedrooms in a 4-bedroom house. all rooms have there own closet and if required will be furnished with bed with 3 drawers The roomies will share two washroom and Kitchen. all the rooms will have there own garbage container in there room so they take it out straight to the garbage bin outside. Laundry on main floor. Rooms starts from $750-$800 and master bedroom with 2-pc washroom $850. All room are unfurnished, if requested will furnish the room.
About the roomies
I will be having my own private room on main floor, sharing washroom, laundry and the kitchen.
No smoking of any kind, No Partying or over crowding and No Pets allowed in the house. Covid -19 regulation must be followed when in common area for everybody’s safety.
All the utilities and WiFi are included.
Limited parking space available.
