Looking for 1 roommate for lease starting May 1st. It’s an 8 bedroom house, but the landlord rents out 6 rooms and leaves the other two open to make a storage room or anything we’d want (no added costs, just a bonus). It’s located off of Keefer St. and is a two-minute walk away from the closest bus stop. It’s a 5-minute drive from Brock University and a 6-minute drive to The Pen Centre. It is also a 15-minute drive to Niagara College.
