We’ve got a full house, with yard and garage, in a beautiful quiet neighborhood in Burnaby. Upstairs; Shared bathroom and kitchen, two bedrooms & plenty of living space. Downstairs; two large bedrooms, laundry and storage The room available is massive, a converted rumpus room with fireplace and storage area. One of the garages has been converted into an art space/ garden storage, and the other is currently for parking and storage. Option for me to move my studio and bedroom from upstairs into the one large room downstairs, opening up one small room and a larger room upstairs. Ideally I’d stay put but willing to make a move for the right roomie! Will get photos when I can 🙂

I’m 39 and my roomie is 43, plus two cats 15 and 7 years old We’re both quiet and appreciate a clean house, recycling and composting, reducing waste. Utilities and common household items (tp, dish soap, kitchen things etc) are shared I spend most of my time in my studio sewing or making stuff, this is a brand new profile will update more soon!
