Beautiful riverfront building on the edge of Edworthy Park. Right on the west edge of the city, so fast access to the mountains. Very modern, 24/7 security, underground parking with car wash, locker storage, in-suite laundry, and patio with BBQ. The room is the smaller of the two, but plenty of room for a queen bed. Close to Market Mall, so parkade to parkade grocery shopping which is nice in the winter. Hairdresser, liquor store, gym, pool, and tennis courts attached to the building. Riverfront bike path steps outside the front door. Great coffeeshop 500 meters away. Really no complaints. Some windows open into an indoor golf course, which has it’s pros and cons.

I currently live alone, but am hoping to save some money by getting a roommate. I work at a university as the audio visual manager. Into nerdy things like Marvel & Harry Potter. Love to play basketball and video games. Definitely an introvert, so I see my home as a bit of a sanctuary to get away from people. Not much for small talk, but enjoy a real conversation to get to know people. Don’t shy away from roommate conflict, prefer to just have an adult conversation about what’s bothering each other. Generally clean, but far from a clean freak.
