Brandi's room

Choice of two good sized rooms available in a cute, cozy house, North central. One main floor, one basement. Bathroom on each floor for more privacy. Area is filled with character homes, canopied trees over the streets and great neighbours. Plenty of street parking, you can walk to get groceries, bus at the end of the street or 8 min walk to LRT station. I work dt and it takes me 20 mins to ride my bike in the summer. Woot! 🚴‍♀️

You’d be living in the home with me, a down to earth and very young at heart female in her 40’s. I like to have fun and have friends of all ages and am responsible about being a home owner and taking very good care of my pets. I like to socialize (obviously not during covid), cook, make pottery, spend time at the dog park, read and learn new things. As much as I love hanging out with others I usually go out to do that and rarely have people over. I really cherish my alone time as well and need that down time and prefer a quiet home. I’m happy to interact or not with a roomie, there’s enough space in the house to retreat if needed.
I’m 420 tolerant but there is absolutely no smoking of any kind in my home! Kindly be tidy about it outside and don’t be high 24/7. 🙌🏼

Not just looking to fill a room, looking for a good fit. Someone who is genuine, clean and respectful, honest, likes animals, will communicate well if there are any issues. Someone that I could share a meal and have a glass of wine/beer with at times would be awesome. We don’t have to be the best of friends but we should at least be friendly! 😊
