Large detached house conveniently located right off crowchild, only a few minutes away from crowfoot station. We are offering the option between one of the two upstairs bedrooms, or the entire basement suite for an additional cost. All rooms have large closets and plenty of natural light. There is one full bath upstairs for the private use of the renter’s with a large tub and space for storage. The main floor is bright and kept clean. We have a dining room with bar area, a cozy sitting space with a wood burning fireplace, and an enclosed deck which leads out to a large backyard. There is also an office which can be shared. The basement suite includes a second livingroom, a private storage room, and a good sized bedroom. The shared laundry is also located in the basement.

We are a couple in our early twenties, we both work full time, and we have two very friendly dogs. Due to the current restrictions we do not have guests over, but usually would have small gatherings about once a month if not less. We are looking for two individuals or another young couple.
