This is a wonderful 2 story brick home located in Toronto’s East end (The Beaches), Steps away from the water:) The house has 4 bedrooms and I’m looking to fill 2 of them with a couple of wonderful roommates. The kitchen and living room are open concept with marble counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Laundry facilities are in the house and street parking is available. There’s actually 2 rooms available and one of them has an ensuite bathroom however, the other is larger. Both can fit Queen size beds!:)

Landlords will require a one year lease, proof of employment, credit check and landlord reference as well as first and last months rent.

I’m a 31 year old female just studying and working and trying to get through this pandemic. I’ve been in this location for a year and would really like to stay long term however, I need to find some roomies to share the cost. I love my friends, family, laughing, movies/books, podcasts, coffee and my plants. Very easy going individual who’s very accepting of peoples differences and really hoping to continue living in a relaxed environment.
