About the room
There is one bedroom in the apartment. You will be sharing the bedroom with another roommate from Ukraine. He is very laid back and super chill and quiet.
About the roomies
There are 3 of us in the apartment. Looking for a 4th. 2 in the bedroom and 2 in the living room. The apartment is very clean as we have a cleaning schedule that I make sure everyone follows :). Furthermore, everyone is very busy, either in school or work, so you won’t be seeing everyone at home so much. Hence this works. The place is great if you are looking to save money. It’s located right in the heard of downtown, 3 blocks from Burrard skytrain station and on Burrard and Robson. There is a theatre just a block away as well as YMCA (gym) just a block of distance. There is also IGA across from the theatre, so also a block away.
There is a swimming pool at the top of the building and a small 24/7 gym in the building.
Everything is already included in the rent.
