Breanne's room

I am looking for someone to move into the master bedroom of the three bedroom townhome I currently live in. The third bedroom is currently being used as a shared home office/work out space. I will send more photos of the house if you are interested! The complex includes an indoor pool, an outdoor pool, a gym and a games room (for use post lockdown.) There are one and half bathrooms. The property is located in the west end near Algonquin college. Rent is $780 per month plus internet and hydro.

I am a young professional working from home. I have a 2 year old rescued cat who is very loving and affectionate.

I love electronic music and watch twitch streams often. I like to have fun on the weekends but during the week I am very quiet.

I am fairly covid conscious and am looking for someone that would respect guidelines as much as I do. Meaning no gatherings and minimal contact with people outside the household. (Obviously if you have to go to work then that is understandable.)
