Multi functional office in one of the common areas. Will require any tenant to sign a non disclosure agreement due to the nature of my business and conversations that may be overheard as i take business calls.

I’m a single female and multi business owner, consider myself pretty accommodating and easy to get along with. Over the years I’ve had many roommates all of which I am still connected to.

I have two cats and a son. He is 11 and only home on wknds as he has special needs and does his schooling nearby with my parents.

I work in the cannabis industry so tenant must be okay with this in the house.

Prefer to rent by the week for 250$ but will go month to month for 950$ all inclusive with proof of employment and current landlord references.
