The roommate will have access to a bathroom, powder room, fully stocked kitchen, dining room, living room, backyard with no rear neighbors, in house laundry, dishwasher, private TV and fully furnished private rooms. Parking is not available. Rent is $650/ month (room size: 14.5’x10.5’) and includes: All Utilities (Heat, Hydro, Water, etc.), Unlimited High Speed Internet, Wifi, cable TV, General A/C, parking, storage and fully furnished room. Rental Agreement is available and optional. I also have a large, new and beautifully finished basement space available with it’s own new private bathroom at $750/month (room size: 19.5’x14’) which includes everything listed above.
