The room will be available on March 24th. It is possible to move in sooner if you are willing to share a room until the 24th. Price includes heating, hydro-electricity, and internet.

The room is large, with a spacious closet. It will not be furnished, but it’s possible to buy some of the furniture from the old roommate. (bed, desk, drawer) The place is downtown a 10 min walk from Dundas stn (line 1), RYE. Multiple grocery stores within walking distance (Dollarama 5 min, FreshCo 10min, NoFrills 15min, etc) Only a 15 min walk from Harbourt front, Sugar beach, and CF Eaton center!
