Maitland Avenue

We have a lovely, spacious room for rent in our two bedroom basement apartment! Your room has a nice sized three slider closet plenty of room for a desk or whatever things you want in the room. We will be sharing a bathroom, kitchen, living area, and the washer & dryer. We are very tidy and clean up as we go. There is plenty of storage in the kitchen, you will def have enough room for all the food you could want. Location wise we are at the corner of Maitland and Clyde, with a big yard that is fenced, which is also our entry way. There is available parking in the driveway. Our home is a 3 minute walk to Walmart, on Baseline and Clyde, and close to many other amenities such as Shoppers, restaurants, other grocery stores, as well as Algonquin. You will be a minute drive to the highway which is always nice. With the apartment you do get access to a fenced in yard.

Two girls who both go to Algonquin. We have a wonderful and shy cat. But once she is comfortable she will definitely be more forward and loving. Love to bake and cook.
