About the room
Washing machine, dryer, fridge, oven, microwave and other utilities are communal, a living room, one full bathroom, one powder room, parking is available at an extra cost, full basement with storage options. Close to the burlington centre, bus routes, grocery within walking distance. No smoking in the house, but there is a deck outback, fenced in backyard with exit to street. No photos of room because roommate is still there, will be moving out in a couple of weeks. Interviews are mandatory, can be done virtually or in person(mask required).
About the roomies
3 laid-back people, two men, one woman, one animal, a disabled cat, willing to work with options. We are tidy but we are not neat freaks, will clean, usually hang out in living room together. We don’t mind having guests, just respect covid outlines.
