Sunridge Valley Drive

Hello Looking to rent a larger bedroom, in the upstairs corner of my home. Two living rooms, two kitchens in the home, and the roommate would have virtually exclusive access to the main bathroom ( save for any guest that might visit from time to time). Two older kids 19 and 16, have their rooms downstairs, and are only home week on week off. I am a non drinker, non drug user, who is often at work late into evening and even weekends, thus creating an almost exclusive quiet environment for a roommate. I have a Mexican rescue dog, who is rather timid and quiet, and an outdoor cat. 10 steps away from Colwood creek park ( possibly the best off leash dog park around) when the fenced, massive backyard isn’t enough for anyone with a dog. A small weight room available to share, in a home with no perfumes, dryer sheets, or unnatural chemicals, with a primarily plant based diet focused grown man. Internet, Hydro, Water, separate laundry, and even a separate ( mostly) kitchen if desired. Rather than rent an entire downstairs, I would rather seek a roommate as it’s suitable for my living style.

Please no excessive pot smokers, social drinking only, and respectful and clean individuals.
