Second floor apartment in the downtown area, easy walking distance to the U of S, midtown, as well as a variety of restaurants. The building is clean with a freshly renovated lobby. Well soundproofed walls means hearing the neighbours is never a problem.

The apartment itself is a two bedroom, decent sized kitchen with room for a dedicated dining area. The bathroom is shared with a bath and shower combo. There is also a built in central air conditioning which runs during the summer months. It has a nice balcony overlooking the street which is great for those who need to smoke.

All bills (Water, internet, etc.) are covered in the rent save for power. Parking itself must also be paid for ($65 a month).

I’m a 24 year old woman who’s new to Saskatoon and just trying to find her way. I tend to keep to myself, giving you plenty of privacy and freedom to do what you want. I am also willing to work with you for whatever accommodations you may need while you live here, as long as you also work with me.

The neighbours seem nice enough, but due to the construction of the building it is easy enough to avoid them if that is not your thing.
