Hi there! I’m currently looking for a roommate for my great place in North East Barrie. I’m a sommelier who loves to cook so if you’re into wine and good food than we may be a match. The best thing about me is that I’m actually gone for almost two weeks out of the month which means that you have the entire house to yourself almost half the time. Laundry and Dishwasher and your own parking space . There is also a massive storage unit that I can clear half of for you. Rent is 750 plus half the internet, Alectra and Enbridge (message mefor more details on how much those have been). I’m totally okay with cats, actually if you think you’re cat will snuggle me then super bonus points. Currently the room has a bed, desk and arm chair in it but I can clear it out if you have your own furniture you want in. Some of the photos are from before I moved in and it looks much better now lol , I’m just not currently home to take updated photos. The empty room pic is the one that would be yours , except it now has a bed , desk and armchair in it. I’m open to all people except bigots, racists and homophobs ✌️
