We are looking for a new roommate to rent one of the three bedrooms in our place. On April 1st, one of the bedrooms will become available. It is a private bedroom fully furnished with bed and mattress, desk, shelves, and has its own closet. There are two separate bathrooms, with their own showers. Our suite is in the upstairs floor of the house, and has a shared kitchen and living room. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, and utensils. The house has a lovely garden area with trees, and the backyard has a nice patio space for outdoor gatherings. Rent includes all facilities, TV, wifi, etc. Laundry is coin, but on-site.

Our place is in a very convenient location in the Mount Pleasant neighbourhood, only a few blocks from grocery stores, restaurants, and transit on Main Street. Which is very nice because everything we need is only a short walk away. We’re also lucky to have many friendly neighbours here. Our landlord doesn’t currently allowed pets, but we do have a neighbourhood cat named Sneakers that visits quite frequently.

It’s a great space for doing creative work, and fellow artists and creative people are always welcome. Usually we are working from home on animation contracts, so we want to keep this place a good environment for everybody here to both live and work in.
