Karlie's room

Hi there! I’m looking to sublet my room in a large Annex home. The room is not furnished but the rest of the house is. The room has a big closest & is spacious enough for a queen size bed, a desk and still has extra space. The house itself is three floors. There is a large kitchen you share with three others and a bathroom shared with two others. A large backyard and a spacious living room are also a big plus. Located in the Annex, the home is conveniently located near to the TTC, grocery stores, UofT campus, Kensington market and much more! There is coin laundry in the house as well.

I won’t be living here but I’ll tell you about my roomies…. There is a total of 7 bedrooms but only 6 people (including myself) live here. All of us are female UofT students in various programs and stages of our degree. The house is usually pretty quiet as we are all busy with our school work but when that’s all said and done, we have plenty of common space to hang out and destress in. This is not a party house so if that’s your vibe, this is not the place for you. We all enjoy a peaceful space to call home & we want to keep it that way.
