Unfurnished 1 bedroom in a 5 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 2 storey house available after March 6th. The price includes all utilities except for internet which is $16.94 pp.

The house is located in a great location, close to Koreatown & Christie Pitts park (~10-15 mins walk), Ossington subway (7 min walk), Sobeys/Loblaws/Fiesta Farms (~5-7min walk). We have a very bright and cozy living room, spacious dining/kitchen, a dishwasher AND in-unit laundry, 2 bathrooms which is awesome considering there are 5 of us! We also have a patio/backyard which is really nice to chill and hang out at during the summer. The room itself is bright due to the beautiful big windows! I do have to note that there isn’t a built-in closet in this room and there’s also an odd set of “steps” (refer to photo) that at first seem needless but can be repurposed to store your belongings.

Lease terms: I am the current tenant and am looking for someone to take over this lease. You will be added to the lease which ends on 1st of September 2021 and have the opportunity to renew and continue afterwards. Rent will be paid to the landlord.

You will be living with 4 other girls, in their mid-twenties. We are looking for someone who is friendly, clean and respectful of common spaces and others. We are careful with covid restrictions/rules so would expect the same from our roommate. As a house, we do hang out/chat with each other and occasionally cook together and have boardgames, movies and paint/wine nights so would be looking for someone whose similar. As much as we love animals, this is unfortunately not a pet-friendly home and smoking will not be allowed indoors.
