Hi, my name is Rachel. Due to some recent events, I’m unable to move to this property in the room I was going to rent with my room mate, Ryan. So, I’m looking for someone to take over my half of the lease. The apartment is a nice, spacious 2 bedroom on the 1st floor, and has recently been cleaned for us to move in, which was scheduled for Feb 1. The area has nice park areas and is close to a few amenities. Other room mate who lives here has 3 cats, so please make sure you are not allergic and are ok with this. Ryan & I are both on the lease, so you would only be taking over my half, Ryan covering his half and the internet - your half would be covering the other half of the rent which is $715 and paying for hydro. I am still paying my half of the rent until someone is found to take it.

Ryan has 3 cats who are friendly and well-behaved, works full time and usually keeps to himself, but is very friendly and accommodating. He plans to go to school in the fall at Laurier. Would be looking for a quiet, but friendly person to room with, preferably someone who is either a student themselves or working full time.
