Karice's room

Looking for someone (preferably female) to sublet my room in a 5-bedroom house from May 1st to the end of August. My room is located on the upper floor shared with two other roommates. We have a driveway so parking is included! The house is located a 5 min walk away from uptown Waterloo and a 10 min walk from the Waterloo Square ion station.

Everyone currently living in the house is either currently a grad student at the University of Waterloo or a recent graduate. 4 out of 5 of us are art students so we’re a pretty relaxed open-minded group of people!
