Currently have 2 bedrooms available in a 4 bedroom townhouse. $850 per room.

Located by the Bow River, only a 3 minute walk to the main drag and bus stops for local and ski hill transit. Grocery stores are also about a 5 minute walk away as well.

There are two full bathrooms and will only have to share with one other person.

Coin base Laundry available on site. One underground parking stall is currently available and plenty of street parking.

FYI a new mattress is needed as the roommates who are moving out will be taking their mattress with them.

A bit about me:

Male, 29, Grew up in the area, been living in Banff for four years now. I’m a cook and an avid skier and been working on a photography side hustle due to all the new free time from COVID. I like to keep my space clean and I find to have mutual respect of work/life schedules to be a huge thing as well.

Brownyn is 26 and she works as a ski instructor up at Lake Louise full time. She likes sports, skiing and craft beer and is also good for cleaning up after herself.

We’re pretty laid back and keep social between, cooking dinner, watching hockey games and yoga sessions.
