I am looking for a lease takeover for the remainder of my lease. Lease goes till Sept and you’ll be able to sign on another year+ if you like.

The apartment is spacious and its got everything included in the rent except internet. Its got a dishwasher, in unit laundry, heated parking garage and storage.

Not pictured is the bedroom but its fairly big 11 x 9 feet. And also not pictured is the den which is big enough to be a bedroom itself.
