Katarina's room

It’s a condo in the Yorkville/Bloor area that is new! There is a washer/dryer in unit, and one washroom in the unit. The building has an outdoor pool, gym, outside seating area, games room, and 24 hour security and concierge service (so it’s very safe!!). There’s a wrap around balcony as well. The internet and hydro is extra but all other utilities are included in the rent (which may be negotiable let me chat with my existing roommate). The room will be unfurnished and we’ll have to furnish the living/dining room as well together :-) the photos are from move-in day and I can give a virtual tour!

I’m looking for a roommate to fill in the second room! The lease is up at the end of July, and I’m looking for someone to be a chill and kind friend/roommate until then! I’m finishing up my final year at U of T and I’m studying human geography and environmental studies. I love to paint, listen to music, cook, and am a generally chill person! I’d love to be friends with my roommate so watching movies in the evening, baking, or just hanging out would be great. I am currently studying and working from home so I’ll be busy during the day.
