Hey, we are looking to rent our upstairs area. Currently it is unoccupied. The upstairs include two bedrooms, a living room, one bathroom and the kitchen. The garage is also available for your use. We are looking for a clean rentee.

Myself and my dad are living here currently. We also own the property next door and the upstairs area there is also available for rent.
